Yes I hold a clear DBS check.
Are you licensed?
Yes we are fully licensed for Home Dog Boarding and Daycare by the Royal Borough of Greenwich. (Licence Number 11747)
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold full comprehensive public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is brought along to our initial meeting with you.
Are my keys/security codes safe?
How am I billed?
We invoice for all regular daily services on the last service day of each calendar month. Invoices must be paid with in 7 days of being issued.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Yes your keys and security codes are safe. Keys are identified with a coding system and are fully insured.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at 50% of the total booking rate.
Do you charge extra for bank/public holidays & NYE?
Yes, we charge an additional 50% on Bank/Public Holiday's and their corresponding weekends*
*Charges will vary over the Christmas Period.
Yes. We will discuss the contract with you on our first meeting. The contract gives us permission to enter your home, to look after your pet and enables you to agree to our terms, conditions and procedures.

What areas do you cover?
We currently cover Blackheath, Charlton, Eltham, Greenwich, Kidbrooke, Shooters Hill, Welling, Woolwich and all surrounding areas. If you are outside of our current area please contact us via the contact page as we may still be able to help.
What happens if it is raining or bad weather?
Come rain or shine we will always collect your dog and take them out for a full walk. Please let us know if you have a rain coat and or jumpers for them in wet or cold weather.
